Priority Zinyuk Hedge Fund is a market neutral arbitrage fund seeking a positive absolute return in all market conditions.
From inception in 2008, the fund has performed extraordinarily well in both strong equity markets as well as in market downturns. The fund will typically execute short-term strategies on global markets while limiting overall exposure to the broad market movements.
As such it is an excellent complement to a traditional investment portfolio of equities and bonds. While the fund is allowed to use leverage, the amount of leverage used historically has been minimal. Furthermore the fund will typically return to 100% cash position over a 24-48 hour period which further mitigates systematic risk.
